Wedding Seminar

Last Sunday me and my husband attended a seminar because its one of the requirements for our church wedding...We have been civilly married for 3 yrs now and we and the family decided to have blessing from the church. There are 4 couples who attended the said seminar...We really learn a lot from the seminar...The speaker said that
  • in order for the husband to be loyal they should stick to one model, he use cars as examples almost every month or year cars have different models like in marriage the husband may meet different models but they should stick to their model, their wife.
  • If the husband is angry and on fire the wife should be the water, and vice versa..
  • husband and wife should not go to sleep if they still have misunderstanding with each other..(communication is important because if they cannot solve it in a day they might bring that anger in next day, in a week, months, or worst year.)
  • Face problems together...(problems can be solve if you are together and with God)
  • Husband and wife have a big role in raising their children (they have the big part on whatever their children would be in the society)
We have learn a lot from that seminar, and we enjoy it as well. The seminar have 2 speaker. The second speaker talks about how to process the marriage license, the process for the wedding etc., but before he start the seminar he ask the husbands to be to share on how they decided to get married with their wife to be. He pointed the first couple the man just look at the speaker and haven't say a word maybe he is a bit shy, so the girl(his wife to be answer the question), the girl say that they are 11 yrs in a relationship he is 38 and she is 34 and they are ready to be married. The speaker pointed the 2nd couple, and same thing the guy didn't answer the question so his wife to be answer the question for him.. They are 5 years in a relationship the guy is a seaman and most of the time he's out of the country but still they manage to be together despite the long distance relationship. And the girl added that she's been operated for ovarian cyst and one of her ovary been taken out and the other one also have cyst,(she now have only one ovary and have tendency that they will not going to have a baby)but still the guy choose to marry her.and then the speaker pointed to the 3rd couple, there was silence, so my husband raise his hand, I was shocked (the first 2 guys was in silence but he volunteer to say something) he then shared the reason why he wants to marry me.He said.....
We have been together for 6 years now going 7.We are 3 yrs civilly married and we decided to have our church wedding to have blessing from the church. After college she went to other country and there my life lost its direction. So when she come back here I really want to marry her for I cant imagine my life without her.(I have teary eyes that I feel I'm going to cry)She was the reason why I am a better person. The other couples looks at us...I was smiling don't know what to react. I was touch because I can feel he's so proud of me..And because he shares the 3rd couple also share their story..They are 7 yrs in a relationship since college but because they are from poor family they really save to have their church wedding.
After the seminar I was still smiling we went inside the car and I look at my husband and tell him, you do really love me he smiles back and say everyday...

Busy Day!

I'm so tired its really a busy day 2day we have to process a lot of things for our church wedding...From gowns, church requirements, souvenir, receptions..etc.....But its ok I'm excited anyway...
I've been civilly married for 3 years now. I'm not really eager to have a church wedding because I believe that we have our faith in God and that he is the center of our lives. But because my husband and the family decides for us to have our church wedding I want to see to it that it would be memorable. Every girl has her dream wedding...My dream wedding before is a lot different from what I'm having now but I realized it doesn't matter how expensive, big or extravagant your wedding, what matter is that person who is waiting for you in the altar and the same person who will promise to be with you in sickness and in health, richer and poorer, till death do you part.
Now I can say that my dream wedding came true because the feeling of excitement that I have while dreaming is the same feeling I have now thinking how lucky I am to be wed to special man whom I love and loves me so much....

My Prince...

I was in college and in the peak of having crushes...I don't have any boyfriend.imagine in college with no boyfriend?well I do have crushes but I'm a type of person who believes in fairy tale, and signs.
We are having a victory party in one of the beach in Guimbal and I was shock somebody who I don't know txt me and told me to tell his friend who happens to be the boyfriend of my friend that he will arrive late because he had an exam that day..The boyfriend of my friend and his barkada decides to meet at the same beach. And he saw me and I saw him but we are not introduce to each other....Days pass and I receive a txt from him and this time he is starting to ask questions about me, but I'm not interested with him(hahahah) Until such time that I gave up and give him my phone number and he started to call me, and there we realized that there was many times already that we supposed to meet but we didn't.His cousins lived 5 houses away from our house, he was supposed to be the one to escort me during my friend debut but I refuse, during our high school days he is one of those stay and hang out outside our store, and my sister and his sister are classmates and a lot of times we are
in their school. But maybe he is really the one for me, we are meant to be...After that we decided to meet. He fetch me in school(he is really a gentleman)but wait...I don't like men who smokes and have earrings..good thing he change for me...We may have different belief but it doesn't destroy us but make us better individuals..We accept that not all the time we are right and accept if we are wrong...My prince is now my husband...We are together for 6 years and happily married for 3 years..I am so blessed to have him..He makes me feel cared, special and loved..

Mama and Papa

Sometimes me and my Parents have a lot of arguments but I'm so happy that despite of all the problems and misunderstandings we have we still love and have each other...I love you Mama And Papa

Sisterly love

I am the eldest in our family. I have one brother and 2 sisters.I love them so much!I cant imagine my life without them...We seldom have arguments cause I know they respect me so much. I was in high school when my mama decided to work abroad with my papa. My Lola(my moms Aunt) was still alive that time we are the one in charge of household, budget and with my siblings. But during college my Lola passed away because of lung Cancer, and I am the one left with my siblings but good thing they are grown up..hehehe i believe that my siblings are brought up well...There wasn't a time that I was called in the principals office or been told that they have done something wrong in school(thank God!).My sister next to me (Men-Men) is a nursing Graduate, my brother(Ben) is 2nd year in College and our youngest(Vida) is now in 3rd year High School.
I will always be Grateful to be their sister...I will always be here for them, as their sister and friend.
